Participants will explore the complex relationship between stress hormones and breast milk production, learning strategies to maintain milk supply despite challenging circumstances. The course covers essential topics such as safe breast milk storage, the importance of maternal nutrition and hydration for milk quality and quantity, and methods for assessing infant nutrition and hydration.
